Where Dragonfly® is built

Hyperion

Production line.

Semiconductor-grade manufacturing, engineered in Grenoble. Scaling toward two million Dragonfly® units a year, with every sensor calibrated, traceable and ready to fly.

Wormsensing R&D — semiconductor laser process

R&D and quality

Engineering and production,
under one roof.

Hyperion is also where the next generation of Dragonfly® sensors is being designed. Our R&D team works alongside production engineers — every process improvement, every new geometry, every calibration optimisation is iterated and validated on the same line that ships to customers.

Quality

Built to flight-grade.
Certified to industry.

Every Dragonfly® sensor ships with a traceable serial number and a calibration certificate. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications anchor each production step — from piezoceramic deposition to final test — to the standards aerospace, automotive and defence customers require.

SOCOTEC certification mark, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Certified ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, audited by SOCOTEC.

Long sensor sheet in production

Production capacity

Two million units a year.
Made in Grenoble.

The Hyperion production line scales from prototype lots to industrial volumes on the same platform — same materials, same process, same calibration discipline. From R&D validation runs to fleet-scale deployments, the sensor you qualify is the sensor you receive.

Who we are

A deeptech team
born at CEA-Leti.

Wormsensing is built by engineers, scientists and operators who share a single conviction: the future of mechanical intelligence depends on better sensing at the source. Meet the team, our journey, our backers and the mission that drives us.
